Pricing Seating Plans is quite difficult for many reasons.

The choice of materials has little impact upon the price, unless the work is completed on vellum.

The quantity and detail of the artwork is the most significant factor in determining the overall cost. I Cost text by the word, borders by the square cm and decorative elements by the hour. I use the calculated total price to estimate the total project time based on my hourly rate.
